基本信息:


朱世江,男,汉族,1963年生,四川安岳人,华南农业大学教授,博士生导师,best365网页版登录实验中心主任,海南省热带园艺产品采后生理与保鲜重点实验室主任,中国热带农业科学院特聘研究员、广西百色芒果研究院特聘教授、广西百色国家科技园区芒果产业专家。曾任广西田阳县副县长(挂职),广西农业厅厅长助理职务(挂职)。

本科生课程:《园艺产品贮运学》,《园艺概论》

研究生课程:《园艺产品贮藏专题》、《园艺产品采后生理与贮运技术研究进展》、《园艺产品采后处理与营销》。

培养研究生情况:


招收农产品加工与贮藏工程(果蔬贮藏方向)博士研究生和采后科学方向博士和硕士研究生。已培养硕士研究生34名,博士研究生3名,出站博士后2名,现有在读博士生2名、硕士生5名。

研究领域:


1.果蔬采后生理与分子生物学:采后果蔬衰老和品质劣变的机理;果蔬诱导抗冷性的机理。

2.果蔬采后病理与分子生物学:采前和采后措施诱导果蔬抗病性的机理。

3.新型果蔬保鲜技术、设备研发及产业化推广。
